Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. We work month-to-month so neither of us is locked into a relationship that isn’t working. We want to earn your continued business through results.
-
In general, it’s recommended to have at least $1,000/month to spend on ads, but the budget is highly dependent on your targeted keywords, location, industry, and competition. Clicks By K does not manage accounts spending less than $500/month.
-
Most clients pay between $1,000-$2,000 for monthly management, however your exact price is dependent on your business’s needs and account structure.
-
No, except in unique situations.
-
Yes, we offer free consultations, and we’re happy to run a quick review of the account to give you an idea of where we would start and what approach we would take to improve your account.
-
We prevent you from wasting time and money trying to do this yourself, especially when you’re learning as you go. We apply 15+ years of experience and training to get results quickly, and know when course-correction is necessary. Plus, we manage the entire strategy, so everything related to Google Ads gets taken off your plate completely so you can focus on other priorities.
-
After the signed agreement, we need access to the required accounts (typically Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). We’ll also meet to connect on your goals, your budget, and your expectations for advertising before we develop your strategy.
-
Most clients start on the first of the upcoming month, but in most cases, we can start as quickly as you’re looking to move.
-
Yes! Unfortunately, most of our clients come to us after a bad experience with another agency. We are happy to take over existing accounts and improve upon what’s already been started.
-
Unfortunately, this happens more often than it should. If they are holding your account hostage in order to keep you as a client, there’s not much you can do to force them into handing over account access. We will most likely have to start fresh with a new account, but when you work with Clicks By K, you won’t have that same problem in the future. We always make sure the client has Admin access to their Google Ads account and can continue accessing it after our relationship ends.
-
You do. If/when you end the relationship with Clicks By K, you will retain all your accounts. We do not keep anything.
-
Most clients see expected performance by month 3, however some existing accounts being taken over will notice it sooner as we undo issues caused by past managers. On our case studies page, you’ll find some examples of results happening by month 3 including a Catholic school and a propane provider.
-
No, every account, industry, and situation is different. Further, Google changes the ways in which it operates often. While we do our absolute best in every scenario, we don’t always hit the expectation or goal of every single client.
-
At a minimum, we will connect on a monthly basis to review account performance and next steps. However, we’re happy to meet more frequently as needed and this is taken into consideration when setting the monthly retainer.
-
It’s definitely likely! We have worked in a wide variety of industries, but the ones we have the most experience with include: home services (specifically landscaping, roofing, painting, concrete coating, interior/exterior remodel), B2B services, B2B ecommerce, independent schools and educational resources, and medspas.
-
We are the go-to experts for Google Ads. We’ve managed hundreds of accounts over nearly 2 decades. This is where we shine. We also support Microsoft Ads as a secondary search platform.
-
This is a common problem and there are a number of factors that could be causing this. Some include targeting the wrong keywords, serving ads on poor-performing networks, or setting up conversion tracking incorrectly. This is one of the first things we look into for our clients to ensure we’re tracking true leads and we’re all on the same page about how well the ads are performing.
-
Yes, we have excellent web design contractors who can develop stronger landing pages if needed.
